Sept. 5th  email to Competitive Swimmers 

Sept. 8-11.    Jr 2 and all Seniors -thank you for registering.

 

Swimmers and Parents - Welcome back.

This is going to be a very different year for most things so please be patient as we learn and grow together and make the best out of the situation. 

 

Tuesday Sept. 8 will be the first day back at swimming. Schedule for the first week is as follows.

 

Tuesday – 6:45am-8am swim (Sr 1-2-3),  Total Ice 3:30-4:30pm (Sr 3)

Wednesday - 6:45am-8am swim (Jr 2, Sr 1),  4pm-5pm swim (Sr2-3)

Thursday - 6:45am-8am swim (Sr 2-3),  Total Ice 3:30-4:30pm (Jr2, Sr1, Sr 2)

Friday  6:45am-8am swim (Sr 2-3),  Total Ice 3:30-4:30pm (Sr 3), 4-5pm Swim( Jr2, Sr1, Sr 2)

 

Please note that there is no dryland at the pool this first week (Tues/Thurs pm) and no Sat.

Second week of swimming all morning practices will start at 6:30am in the water.  The following week (Sept. 21-27) morning workouts will start at 6:00am..

A few reminders… please have the kids read

  • Please only be 10 mins early for workout. 
  • Sanitize hands on entry. 
  • Activation on deck should keep the walkway clear and avoid people walking close by you as much as possible.
  • Stay home if you feel sick, at all. 
  • Like school, your swim group is your Cohort group (training group). Each group is max 18 kids and it is up to you to keep your group members safe and worry free. Be safe whenever you can. 
  • Wear masks in areas you cannot social distance from other people. (Changeroom)
  • Respect other people’s space and social area, some may not feel as comfortable sharing space.
  • On the wall try to maintain some comfortable distance away from other lanes when possible.
  • Read the Code of Conduct and expectations.
  • Enjoy the fact that we get to be swimming almost fully where other clubs are very limited on their programs.
